Every year, the Audi content format Crossroads brings a story about a unique collaboration between Audi and a partner, focusing on a subject that is part of both parties’ DNA. The theme of this edition is design, more specifically, the design of the Audi e-tron GT quattro and the digital masterpieces of visual artist Musketon. iO brought the iconic car and the graphic artist together, resulting in a unique Audi e-tron GT quattro and unique Audi parts.
Mark Lichte, Head of Design at Audi, emphasizes that the secret of good design lies in the fusion of beauty and functionality:
"A good design should be both aesthetic and functional and should fit into a seamless overall experience. The Audi e-tron GT quattro fully embodies this.”
Visual artist Musketon, known for his precision and obsession for details in his illustrations, shares this view.
“It’s the details that turn a good design into a brilliant design,” as he puts it.
The collaboration between Audi and Musketon in the Crossroads project resulted in a unique Audi e-tron GT quattro wrapping, expertly designed by the visual artist. In addition, some exclusive Audi parts were wrapped, including rims, brake callipers and bonnets. These will be displayed at the Audi booth in the PRADO during the Zoute Grand Prix (5 - 8 October) and during an exhibition in De Zutter Art Gallery in Knokke-Heist (7 October - 2 November).
The complete Crossroads video can be viewed on the Audi website and Audi’s social media. A 60” cinema spot provides a stunning preview at every Kinepolis.
