iO launches third season of Table Talks: exclusive roundtables ​

iO announces the launch of the third season of Table Talks with the theme "Experience is Everything." This series of exclusive dinners begins in March and brings together influential business leaders from various sectors to share today's digital challenges, best practices, and insights in an open and informal setting. 

The power of customer experience 

This year's theme, 'Experience is Everything', explores how truly customer-centric organisations at the iO TableTalks are, how they handle controversies surrounding major social platforms, what the impact of digital innovations like Generative AI and Agentic AI is (or will be), and how these developments influence collaboration between clients and agencies.

Over the past two years, over 160 CEOs, CMOs and CIOs from companies including ING, Lidl, Telenet, A.S. Watson, Renewi and Rabobank have already participated in around 20 dinners. These roundtable discussions focused on 'Authenticity in the digital age' and 'No future without a past'. 

The first Table Talk of the new season will take place on 26 March 2025 at the iO campus in Antwerp, followed by gatherings at various iO campuses in the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden and Denmark.
