For Intracto Group, the acquisition is in line with its vision to grow further as an integrated full-service agency that wants to be the partner for its clients, helping them excel in the domains of strategy, creation, content, marketing and technology.
Increasing importance of expertise in user experience & service design
Since its foundation in 2006, Internet Architects has experienced a steady growth. As a pioneer in user experience (UX), the agency supports companies and governments to get the most out of their digital efforts.
David De Block, CEO Internet Architects: "The opportunities that arise today are endless. For our people and our clients. Combined with the story of Intracto Group and the chemistry between Pieter Janssens and ourselves, that gave us a very good feeling about where we're headed with this. The first meeting we had was scheduled to last two hours, but after 30 minutes it was already over because we were on the same page from the start. Clients have an increasing need for expertise and total peace of mind at the same time. Together, we will make sure that happens.
The open culture, the campus philosophy and the mindset to grow together and work on the digital transformation of our clients is what makes the future so incredibly exciting."
Further digitalisation of government communication
Pieter Janssens, CEO Intracto Group: "Internet Architects' expertise is particularly applicable at the 'front of the chain'. As soon as clients start to orientate themselves, the Internet Architects team ensures a frictionless and effective experience.
The fascinating thing is that Internet Architects not only does this in B2C or B2B, but they're also very capable when it comes to government communication. On a local, regional, federal and European level. Together, we want to make an even bigger impact in that market. Working with Intracto Group, David De Block will deploy his expertise to further implement the digital transformation within governments as well."
Antwerp Campus grows and looks for more talent
Internet Architects provides yet another major injection of quality for Intracto Group. A welcome addition, given clients' rapidly increasing need for digital expertise. In that regard, Intracto Group is looking for more than 75 reinforcements in Belgium, the Netherlands and Scandinavia, with 20 vacancies in Antwerp alone.
