With Martine Lemans as the new Managing Director of their consultancy division, blended agency iO continues to focus on long-term partnerships with their clients, bringing vital digital expertise and advice to their businesses. ​ 

In iO, Consultancy Netherlands provides valuable advice and know-how and places over 100 experienced consultants at companies such as KLM, Rabobank, ING, Jumbo, Miele, Vodafone, KPN, and Stedin. The department fulfils iO's mission to support businesses with its blended expertise in all areas in the way it suits their customers best. Like our Teams as a Service (TaaS) or dedicated project teams operating from the agency, our consultants are ready to deliver quality work and create value for clients and colleagues while working in-house at the company. 

This department also plays a crucial role in forging successful collaborations. It is vital for companies to be able to rely on experts whenever necessary immediately. Organizations can quickly expand their internal capabilities by leveraging the knowledge and skills of iO's professionals. This enables them not only to solve technical problems but also to effectively achieve their digitalization and marketing objectives.

Before joining iO, Martine was the Managing Director at Media.Monks Hilversum, overseeing a dynamic team of 600 with diverse skills. Her project management and operations journey has shaped her deep fascination with technology and the ever-evolving digital environment.
