Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) kicks off digital transformation with iO

With this strategic partnership, B.I.G. aims to enhance and personalise their digital customer experience. 

On December 4th, Beaulieu International Group (B.I.G.) launched the Beaulieu Unified Customer Experience (BUCX) project. This game-changing initiative is a collaboration with the blended agency iO in the role of strategic digital partner, and Optimizely, as software provider, is set to boost the digital presence of all its divisions and offer an unrivalled content experience to their online visitors. 

The Beaulieu Unified Customer Experience, or BUCX, is a huge step forward in the digital transformation journey of the Beaulieu International Group. This new digital experience platform will enhance the user experience for their site visitors, customers and colleagues. ​ ​ 

It will help online visitors find the answers and solutions they need and enable marketing teams throughout Beaulieu International Group to manage content and campaigns easily. This will contribute to the growth of their division and the Beaulieu brand.
